Privacy Policy

In plain English

1. Who we are

Bindly is the parent brand for Bindly Insurance, Bindly Health, and Bindly Compliance. bindlyhq.com is our corporate website. The products themselves are delivered on their own sites and through the client portal, each with its own, more detailed privacy notice.

2. Information we collect on this site

This corporate site does not run product workflows, so we collect very little:

  • What you send us. If you contact us — by email or a form — we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, email, and message.
  • What your browser sends automatically. Your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, and the pages you view. We use Cloudflare for hosting and DDoS protection.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries you send us.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the corporate site.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

4. Product privacy notices

If you use a Bindly product, the information collected for that product is governed by that product's own privacy notice:

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a small set of essential cookies — security cookies that block automated abuse and a cookie that records your privacy choices. A full, itemized list lives on our Cookies & tracking page. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a binding opt-out and never show you a cookie banner. We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or any advertising tracker.

6. Service providers

To run this site we use a small set of service providers under contractual data-protection terms — principally Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, DDoS protection), Paubox (transactional email), and Sentry (error monitoring, with PII scrubbing). Product-specific providers are listed in each product's privacy notice.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, and delete the information we hold, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising), and to be free from retaliation for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact privacy@bindlyhq.com. We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.

8. Security

We protect information in transit with TLS and at rest with encryption. We use role-based access controls and audit logging for staff access to data, and we require multi-factor authentication for staff accounts that touch customer data.

9. Data retention

We keep inquiries and correspondence only as long as needed to address them and to meet our legal obligations. Product records are retained according to each product's recordkeeping rules, described in that product's privacy notice.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.

11. Contact us
