bindlyhq.com is the corporate website for Bindly, the parent brand for Bindly Insurance, Bindly Health, and Bindly Compliance. It is informational. It does not itself provide insurance, health-plan enrollment, or compliance services — those are delivered by the respective Bindly products under their own terms.

Your use of any Bindly product is governed by that product's own terms and your service agreement for it:

The Bindly name, logos, and the content on this site are owned by Bindly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without permission except as needed to use the site normally.

This site uses third-party services (for example Cloudflare) and may link to the Bindly product sites and other third-party sites. Your use of those services and sites is subject to their own terms. We do our best to choose providers that meet our privacy and security standards — see our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bindly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bindly and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
